However, with the consent of our guests, accommodation could also be arranged in acceptable restaurants, guest houses & and Home stay is another option too with utmost safety. BUDGET PACKAGE BENEFITS
- Hire a Car, Van, Mini bus or a Large coach with the assistance of an English speaking tourist chauffer driver or licensed Guide, & travel throughout the country side, and all other interested places at your own pace & time.
- It is so simple, you decide when and where you would like to be and plan out your tour accordingly. For this, we propose to hire an airconditioned car with a tourist driver for a maximum of two clients. Hiring a tourist van with dual air-condition would be for a maximum of six clients.
- Hotels or guest houses can be selected as per your choice after inspecting to your satisfaction prior to booking. ( available from US $ 40/- per night – Double Rooms with A/C)
- If any assistance is required with regard to hotel selections/bookings, we will be glad to help you in doing so & offer the best comfortable accommodation to suit your needs.
Our Price Includes :
- Accommodation on BB basis throughout the journey.
- Your own private transport.
- Provide transport in an air-conditioned vehicle on arrival/departure and during sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- Services of an English speaking driver/guide during the entire tour.
- All applicable Government taxes.
Terms and conditions
- Meals of the driver will be taken care of by himself. Most of the hotels/guesthouses provide accommodation for the driver FOC but if driver’s accommodation is not provided free of charge in certain hotels/guesthouses, you will have to pay the driver 10 US$ per night for his accommodation.
- We recommend to stay at Tourist board approved hotels or Guest Houses for your safety.
- Regarding daily driving hours, you can discuss with the driver & adjust the timings accordingly, if the vehicle is required after 8 pm. On arrival & departure days, the vehicle can be organized according to the flight hours at any time without paying any extra cost.
- To visit wildlife parks, 4WD jeeps have to be hired & charges to be paid directly.
- You can start the tour from the Bandaranayake International Airport itself, if the flight details are provided to us in advance. Please look for your name board with the sign “Mr./Ms. ……….. (Your Name) which will be held by our Sha Vacation representative at the arrival lobby when you reach the area after custom clearing etc,. or otherwise you could start the tour from any selected hotel/location. If so you need to send the name of the hotel (with hotel phone number) and date/time for the driver to come & pick you up from your location.
